The Illuminated manuscripts Format is a novel format designed to provide an easy-to-use solution for anyone who wants to make their manuscripts available to the public.
The format will be available for free on September 3, 2018, and can be used by all types of manuscripts.
The format is available for the Kindle and other devices with an LCD display and can also be used on the computer, tablet, or smartphone.
The project was developed by the Library of Congress, and is led by Harvard’s Digital Media Group.
The Illuminated format can be applied to almost any type of manuscript.
It is currently supported by the National Library of Medicine and is the first of its kind for manuscripts.
According to a press release from the Library, the format is the brainchild of the Harvard Library, and the project was funded by the Digital Media Foundation.
“As the world’s largest library, the Library has a particular need for a novel manuscript format,” the press release stated.
“It has long been a dream of our founding president to produce a format that would make it easy for authors to publish their manuscripts online, and now we have an opportunity to help bring this vision to life.”
According to the press report, the project has received the support of over 40 organizations and individuals including the American Society of Bookbinders, American Library Association, National Endowment for the Arts, National Society of Authors, American Society for the History of Art, National Association of Booksellers, National Museum of the American Indian, American Institute of Art.
In addition to Harvard, the organization behind the project includes the Library’s National Archives, the National Science Foundation, the American Library Assn., the American Historical Association, and The John F. Kennedy Library of Government and Public Affairs.
The first public trial of the format was announced in November of 2017, but the format has received limited feedback.
In the report, however, the group said the format “has been used widely by academics and authors, and there are strong indications that it will be widely adopted by other journals and publishers as well.”
A spokesperson for the Library told Breitbart News that the format will likely be released in the coming months.
“We have worked with the Library to understand how to best facilitate the development of this novel format,” according to the spokesperson.
“The Library hopes that Illuminated will be adopted widely in academic and scholarly publishing, but we are working on ways to make it easier for everyone to publish.”
The format has not yet been officially announced as a part of the Library Project.
